The hormonal 'landscape' is rather delicate & volatile and every woman has a different hormonal narrative that deserves to be heard. Many women perhaps feel that they're victims of their hormones but it doesn't have to be that way. You can train your hormones to work for you rather than against you. It has to be said though that 'retraining' your hormones is not an overnight feat. I find that I get the best results when I work with clients for a period of time.
